Thailand Pass

Application assistance services: 

Effective November 01, 2021, you agree to pay siam.visa the prescribed SERVICE FEE which is the fee paid to secure our professional services. 

Our SERVICE FEE for this service is 100% refundable if we do not successfully obtain your Thailand Pass QR code before your given departure date. We do everything we can to ensure fast approval. 

If you change your mind or cancel your trip, you would not be entitled to a refund. However if you have not yet recieved your Thailand Pass QR code and have decided to postpone your trip, we will assist with the new application free of charge. 

Our Thailand pass SERVICE FEE covers Thailand Pass consultation and application assistance only and does NOT include the cost of a visa, hotel, airport transfer, insurance policy or any other related expenses. 

By retaining our services, you acknowledge you have read and agree to the above.

Effective November 01, 2021, you agree to pay siam.visa the prescribed SERVICE FEE which is the fee paid to secure our professional services ("SERVICE FEE"). You understand that the SERVICE FEE does NOT include consular fees, application fees, postage, or any other related expenses. 

You understand that any refund of the SERVICE FEE will be governed by the Retainer Agreement. 

Please bear in mind that no company can assure the success of a visa application. However if your application is rejected after we submit the required documents and/or testimony to the relevant authorities, siam.visa will refund the SERVICE FEE you paid to us contingent on the following: 

The client must be completely truthful in all communications with siam.visa including being forthcoming in providing any information which may affect the case.  

The client must timely respond to communication from siam.visa employees and assist siam.visa in obtaining the requested documents needed for the case.

The client must accurately provide information to the Immigration Officials without any false representations or material omissions.

The client must appropriately and timely respond to all requests by the relevant authorities.

If you change your mind and decide not to pursue your application after we have sent the questionnaire, list of requirements or prepared the documents for you, you would not be entitled to a refund.
